## Description

RagMetrics is a GenAI evaluation and monitoring platform that helps AI teams assess the quality, reliability, and performance of large language models and AI agents. Its tools support testing and scoring outputs, detecting hallucinations, tracking agent behavior, and monitoring compliance, risk, latency, and cost. Teams can run evaluations in near real time, review detailed analytics, and use AI-assisted testing alongside human review to improve applications before deployment.

The platform is designed for a range of systems, including retrieval-augmented generation applications, chatbots, copilots, agents, and content-generation tools. It supports commercial and open-source models, including comparisons across models such as Claude and GPT-4, and can work with custom models. Evaluation options include more than 1,000 pre-built rubrics, customizable criteria, and synthetic labeled-data generation. RagMetrics offers API access and deployment options spanning cloud, SaaS, on-premises, and air-gapped environments. Developers can start with a free evaluation, while enterprise customers can request tailored pricing and a demo.
