## Description

RailOne is an Indian Railways mobile app developed in collaboration with IRCTC and CRIS, bringing key train-travel services together in one platform. Launched in July 2025 for Android and iOS, it aims to make journeys easier for commuters and long-distance passengers by reducing the need to switch between separate railway apps.

Through RailOne, passengers can book reserved, unreserved, and platform tickets, check PNR status and seat availability, and review booking history. Live tracking provides train-location, platform, coach-position, and delay updates. Travelers can order meals from IRCTC-approved vendors for delivery to their seats, while the Rail Madad service supports lodging and tracking complaints. The app also offers ticket cancellation and refund-status information, along with basic parcel and light-freight details and selected station services such as porter, cab, and tourism assistance.

A single sign-on works with IRCTC or UTS credentials, with biometric login options. R-Wallet supports payments and offers a stated 3% discount on unreserved tickets.
