## Description

Raj Vardhman is an independent engineer who builds AI tools and agentic websites, and writes about the challenges and lessons that emerge along the way. His work focuses on agent workflows, edge runtimes, and building and shipping smaller projects. The portfolio features practical software across several formats, including AI Layoff Tracker, which follows 52 companies that explicitly cited AI as a reason for layoffs, and OpenWhisper, a native macOS speech-to-text app. Other projects include BraveBridge, an open-source, MIT-licensed Chrome extension that gives Claude access to browser context; Claude Speaks, an npm package and MCP server that adds a voice to Claude using edge-tts; and Talk to Your Book, a tool for uploading PDFs and chatting with their contents. Raj also publishes notes on topics such as auditing Claude Code plugins, running Puppeteer with Cloudflare Workers, browser extensions for AI agents, and building a personal technology stack on Cloudflare. Visitors can explore his projects and writing or contact him about interesting work.
