## Description

Randori Dojo is a community-focused martial arts and fitness centre in Dalkeith, Midlothian, operated by Be Randori CIC, a not-for-profit Community Interest Company. Established in 2018, the organisation uses sport and physical activity to support wellbeing, personal development and community participation. Its programmes welcome children, adults and families, with beginners and people of all abilities encouraged to take part.

The dojo offers junior and senior judo, teaching throws, groundwork and, at senior level, submissions in a controlled training environment. Randori Karate adds classes for children aged five and over, juniors and adults, with a focus on karate skills, fitness, confidence and discipline. For younger children, Dojo Dragons provides structured early-years activities using equipment such as balance balls, a climbing wall and assault courses to encourage physical, social and emotional development.

Facilities include a sprung 187-square-metre matted training area, climbing wall, café, multimedia system and a compact gym with non-impact cardio and strength equipment for members and their families.
