## Description

Stichting Randstad Optiefonds, known as The Fund, is an independent foundation established in 1988 by Randstad founder Frits Goldschmeding. Its purpose is to help corporate Randstad employees worldwide share in the company’s growth and financial success through an optional Share Purchase Plan (SPP), separate from their standard employment conditions.

Through the SPP, eligible employees can choose to save up to 5% of their gross salary each month. After six months, their savings are transferred to The Fund and become accessible through a personal online account. Participants may use their savings to purchase Randstad N.V. shares, but buying shares is not required to receive the plan’s additional benefit.

From November 1, 2024, The Fund introduced the SRO Top-Up, a cash grant with a target value of 100% of the participant’s savings. The grant is blocked for six months and becomes available afterward, provided the employee is still employed by Randstad. The website also offers plan information, enrollment guidance, account support, FAQs, a calculator, and helpdesk resources.
