## Description

Raphaëlle Auclaire is a personal development and equicoaching practice based in Gouvieux, Oise, serving individuals, horse riders and business teams since 2018. Led by Raphaëlle Auclaire, the practice offers a supportive, structured approach that connects thoughts, emotions and the body to help clients gain clarity and restore balance. Sessions are available in person or by video.

Services for individuals include personalised personal development sessions using Ericksonian hypnosis and energy-based practices, as well as the LOA programme, a three-to-five-session journey focused on releasing obstacles, finding direction and taking action. Equicoaching sessions with horses offer another way to explore feelings and gain insight. For riders, L’Éveil des Cavalières supports mental preparation and emotional management, while Ton Cheval & Toi is a two-and-a-half-hour session with the rider’s own horse.

For organisations, Raphaëlle provides custom equicoaching seminars designed to explore team dynamics and support collaboration and cohesion. The practice also hosts workshops and small-group events, including activities involving family and systemic constellations with horses.
