## Description

Rare Records is a renowned Melbourne-based independent online record store, celebrated for its extensive collection of rare and collectible vinyl records, CDs, posters, and other music memorabilia. With over 30 years of experience, this institution has become a cornerstone of the Australian music scene, offering a treasure trove for enthusiasts seeking the most obscure and sought-after music products. Originally launched as a mail-order hobby in the 1990s, Rare Records evolved into a beloved retail destination, hosting numerous live performances and events. Although it transitioned to a primarily online platform in 2010, Rare Records continues to participate actively in music fairs and festivals across Australia, showcasing their dedication to supporting both local and international artists. In 2018, they opened a brick-and-mortar store at Highpoint Shopping Centre, reaffirming their commitment to fostering a vibrant music community. Their user-friendly website, revamped in 2016, allows customers to explore their vast inventory effortlessly, ensuring a rich shopping experience that connects music lovers with their favorite sounds.
