## Description

The Jesse & Julie Rasch Foundation is a philanthropic organization led by its principal directors, Jesse and Julie Rasch, with a focus on creating enduring change and improving quality of life for current and future generations. It invests in medical research, health education, and environmental stewardship, particularly in niche areas that receive limited attention or funding. The foundation is especially interested in work connecting environmental degradation with health issues. Its goals are to protect and preserve the ecological environment, support highly qualified researchers in advancing scientific understanding, and achieve meaningful, measurable impact for affected communities. Funding is used with an emphasis on innovation and on attracting further research support. The foundation’s initiatives include research into natural killer cell lines and blood cancers, anti-cancer agents, nutraceuticals such as dandelion root and curcumin, and regenerative radiation medicine. It also collaborated with Dr. Michael Greger to create NutritionFacts.org, supported social-impact organizations including The Wellbeing Project and CanadaHelps, and funded The Apology, a documentary about survivors of wartime sexual slavery.
