## Description

Leader Ravakka is a brand that offers training and development opportunities for associations and organizations. They have partnered with Maaseudun Sivistysliitto to organize a series of workshops focused on enhancing the functioning of associations. The workshops, known as "Taitava yhdistystoimija," are designed to provide tools and resources for both board members and other individuals involved in association tasks. The training consists of various modules and workshops, with the first workshop scheduled for November of this year and the following workshops taking place in early 2024. Participants can choose to attend the workshops either in person at Leader Ravakka's office or remotely via Teams. The workshops cover topics such as assessing current resources and organizational culture, attracting and engaging new members, and implementing participatory planning. Joining the workshops can be done through online registration or by contacting Leader Ravakka directly. The workshops are facilitated by experts from Maaseudun Sivistysliitto, who specialize in community development and adult education. By participating in these workshops, associations have the opportunity to strengthen their operations and contribute to their long-term success.
