## Description

Ruderklub am Wannsee e.V. is a Berlin rowing club with more than 100 years of history, based beside the Wannsee in one of Germany’s most scenic watersports settings. With around 650 children, young people and adults, it is one of the country’s largest watersports clubs. The club welcomes people who want to enjoy the water and surrounding nature, improve their fitness, build rowing skills or pursue sporting challenges at regattas.

Its programmes serve a broad range of participants, including children and teenagers, adult beginners and returning rowers, recreational rowers, competitive athletes and masters. The club provides training opportunities and supports both recreational and performance-focused rowing. Members also share a strong community life through club activities, events and time on Kälberwerder, the club’s own island. A club dining facility adds to the social experience. News and events highlight regattas, rowing trips, boat launches and gatherings, reflecting the club’s focus on teamwork, sport and belonging.
