Established through the advocacy of local families, RCBS works to expand opportunities and support individuals and families in the community. It oversees local tax levy funds and seeks to ensure those resources are used effectively to meet local needs. RCBS provides home- and community-based support focused on comfort, independence, and well-being. Trained caregivers offer assistance through customized care plans tailored to each person’s needs and preferences. The organization also offers supportive housing options intended to help adults live more independently. Its Richmond properties include Ideal Apartments, with remodeled one-bedroom units planned, and Southview Apartments, located within walking distance of local shops. Both locations feature shared indoor gathering spaces and outdoor patio seating. HUD Section 811 rental assistance is available to eligible extremely low-income individuals with developmental disabilities aged 18 to 61. Through community programs, resources, advocacy, and public board meetings, RCBS promotes access, transparency, and improved opportunities. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/1633287483393246) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idSQN1h7Hz/w/180/h/180/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792175230052) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idSQN1h7Hz/w/960/h/958/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792175230230) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Denim | #1274b9 | accent | | Denim | #1376bb | dark | | Apricot Peach | #fcceaa | light | ## Fonts - var( --e-global-typography-27c79f8-font-family ) — asset _(custom)_ - -apple-system — asset _(system)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
