## Description

RBCS – Revista Brasileira de Ciência do Solo is a scholarly journal edited by the Sociedade Brasileira de Ciência do Solo, or Brazilian Society of Soil Science. Its purpose is to share original and relevant research across the diverse fields of soil science, serving researchers, educators, and professionals interested in soils and their role in agriculture and the environment. The journal publishes original articles, literature reviews, brief communications, editorials, letters, and errata, and features special issues on selected themes. Its coverage includes soil biology, chemistry, physics, mineralogy, morphology, classification, fertility, water management, conservation, land use, and remediation of degraded or polluted soils. Recent contributions address subjects such as soil acidity, agroforestry, hydraulic properties, erosion control, soil fauna, and greenhouse gas emissions from integrated farming systems. RBCS also provides an online collection of published research and tools to search articles by title, abstract, author, keyword, article type, thematic area, or year.
