RCC

The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is dedicated to fostering regional cooperation and promoting European and Euro-Atlantic integration in South East Europe (SEE). As an all-inclusive and regionally owned framework, the RCC engages participants from SEE, the international community, and donors to address crucial subjects for the region's development. With a vision of a prosperous and dialogue-driven region, the RCC envisions SEE as a place of freedom, mobility, and cultural heritage, where individuals feel safe and protected by the rule of law.

The RCC focuses on a wide range of areas, including competitiveness, human capital, digital transformation, justice and home affairs, and environmental protection. Through various projects like employment initiatives, youth programs, and Roma integration efforts, the RCC aims to create a more inclusive and sustainable region. Additionally, the RCC plays a crucial role in the establishment of a Common Regional Market, implementing the SEE 2030 and SEE 2020 strategies, and coordinating donor assistance.
