It aims to attract skilled foreign workers seeking permanent residency while contributing to local labor market needs. Administered by Community Futures North Okanagan and Community Futures Shuswap, the RCIP collaborates with community partners and government agencies to create a welcoming environment for new immigrants. The program is designed to promote long-term retention of skilled individuals, aligning with specified priority sectors that support regional economic growth. The RCIP provides a structured pathway for skilled workers to integrate into the community, benefiting both the newcomers and local businesses. With an emphasis on community involvement, the pilot addresses critical labor shortages across the region. Interested candidates can take part in scheduled information sessions and apply during designated intake windows, which are carefully managed to ensure efficiency in processing applications. The RCIP stands as a vital resource for both employers and potential employees in the ongoing development of the area. ## Industries - ⚖️ Law and Government - ⚖️ Immigration and Visas _(under Law and Government)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idTJMgzyNx/w/300/h/151/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1752323781477) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Dingley | #70814a | accent | | Blumine | #1f518c | dark | | Jaffa | #ea6b34 | light | ## Fonts - Dosis — asset _(google)_ - Open Sans — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
