RCMA, or Redlands Christian Migrant Association, is an organization dedicated to improving the lives of children from migrant farm working and low-income families. At RCMA, we understand the importance of providing comprehensive support to ensure the well-being and success of these children. Our services include early childhood education, health care assistance, and even providing WiFi hotspots and tablets to facilitate homework.

We take a holistic approach, catering not only to the educational needs of the child but also providing support to their parents. Our goal is to create a nurturing environment that opens doors to opportunities and prepares rural low-income children for leadership in today's diverse and complex world. With over 55 years of experience, RCMA operates child care centers, charter schools, and after-school programs across Florida, serving thousands of children annually.
