## Description

R&CO. GROUP is an Italian software company based in Rome that has focused on the social care sector since 2016. It develops proprietary digital platforms shaped around the day-to-day needs of care homes, residential and social-health facilities, day centres, pharmacies, families, caregivers and care professionals. Its central platform, Affidya, helps facilities manage resident records, care plans, therapies, staff, administration, communication and recurring workflows. Affidya Pharma supports pharmacy operations and deblistering, while CasaDiRiposoPerTe helps families identify compatible care facilities and submit more informed enquiries. The wider Affidya ecosystem is designed to connect facilities with families, professionals, pharmacies and property opportunities; some extensions are still in development or beta. R&CO. also offers EVA, an artificial intelligence layer integrated into its platforms to analyse information, flag priorities, provide contextual suggestions and automate recurring processes. The company presents its technology as a connected, sector-specific system rather than a collection of generic management tools, with solutions that can expand as organisations’ needs grow.
