## Description

RCPEM, the Regroupement Centres de la Petite Enfance de la Montérégie, is an organization dedicated to ensuring high-quality childcare services, supporting early childhood professionals, and promoting the childcare service network. Since 1974, RCPEM has been working tirelessly to defend children's right to quality educational childcare services by providing professional support to staff members of childcare centers. They strive to create a universal and accessible network of educational childcare services through continual training, information, documentation, and networking opportunities. RCPEM also offers support for play areas, integration of children with special needs, and international conferences. Furthermore, RCPEM operates the Service de remplacement Montérégie, acting as an intermediary to connect students, educators, and cooks with temporary work opportunities in most childcare centers in the region. As the exclusive distributor of Pikler-Lóczy approach tools and training in Quebec and francophone Canada, RCPEM is a valued resource for the early childhood education community.
