Rochester City School District is a comprehensive educational institution with a strong commitment to fostering students' individual talents and abilities in a nurturing and equitable environment. Our mission is to ensure that all students have equitable access to a high-quality education and to graduate each student as a productive member of society. With a total of 52 Pre-K sites, including both schools and community-based organizations, and a range of 45 schools that consist of 30 elementary, 14 secondary, and 1 K-12 school, we strive to meet the diverse needs of our students.

Our offerings include various specialized programs, such as the International High School, Career and Technology High School, and the School of the Arts, to provide students with unique opportunities to explore their interests and talents.
