## Description

Rendezvous is the annual cultural festival of the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, bringing students together for a four-day celebration of creativity, performance and campus culture. First held in 1978, the festival has grown into one of North India’s largest college festivals, attracting more than 160,000 students from over 1,000 colleges, according to the supplied information. Its 48th edition took place from 27 to 30 September 2025.

The programme spans music, dance, drama, fashion, visual art and literature, giving students opportunities to showcase their talents and take part in competitions and other events. Visitors can also attend workshops, special guest appearances and nightly live music performances, known as pronites, featuring established artists. The 2025 theme, “Golden Threads of Time,” celebrated the festival’s legacy and the connections formed across generations of participants, while looking ahead to future cultural exchange. Rendezvous also provides information for attendees about entry passes and accommodation, and features nationwide events alongside its main festival programme.
