Reach for Change is an international non-profit organization founded in Sweden with a vision to empower children and youth to reach their full potential. Since 2010, they have been supporting local social entrepreneurs in developing innovative solutions to improve the lives of children and youth. Co-founded by successful entrepreneurs from both the non-profit and business sectors, Reach for Change has provided support to over 1,500 social entrepreneurs in 18 countries across three continents.

They believe in a world without poverty, inequality, and climate change, and work towards these goals by investing in people living close to the challenges. Through partnerships with foundations, institutions, and corporations, they develop tailored projects and initiatives to address pressing issues. Reach for Change operates in several markets worldwide, including Sweden, Ethiopia, Ghana, and Senegal, among others.
