Reactome is a leading pathway database that offers intuitive bioinformatics tools for visualizing, interpreting, and analyzing pathway knowledge. With a wide range of products and services, Reactome is a valuable resource for biologists, bioinformaticians, and software developers. The database provides an extensive collection of pathways, which are organized into 2,629 pathways involving 30,155 proteins and modified forms of proteins encoded by 11,396 different human genes. Additionally, Reactome comprises 14,277 complexes, 2,004 small molecules, and 1,114 drugs, all supported by a staggering 36,706 literature references. Researchers can access pathway data through various means, including the Pathway Browser, where they can view and analyze their own datasets. The data is also available for download and can be accessed programmatically using the Content and Analysis Services. To assist in multi-omics data analysis, Reactome offers the ReactomeFIViz app and ReactomeGSA package, which are designed to analyze complex biological data. With comprehensive documentation, training materials, and a dedicated online User Guide, Reactome provides ample support to users, whether they are novices or experienced researchers.
