## Description

The American Basketball Association (ABA) is recognized as the largest and most diversified professional basketball league globally. Originally established in 1967, the ABA was relaunched in 2000 and operates in partnership with the NBA, maintaining a vibrant presence in the sports community. Founded by Joe Newman and Richard P. Tinkham, the league proudly champions inclusivity, with 70% of its ownership comprising individuals from diverse backgrounds, including African-American, Hispanic, Asian, Native American, and women.

The ABA season runs from November to April, showcasing an innovative gameplay style that includes unique rules such as a faster half-court violation and a distinct scoring system with the 3D light feature. Players like Julius Irving and George Gervin have made their mark within the ABA and transitioned successfully to the NBA.

With a commitment to providing affordable, high-quality professional basketball, the ABA not only entertains sports fans but also creates thousands of opportunities on and off the court each year. Join us this season to be part of the action!
