This led to the development of our prototype crash detection app, which was further refined in collaboration with the North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust and BT.

Throughout the app's two-year pilot phase, all emergency alerts were efficiently handled by the North East Ambulance Service. The valuable data gathered during this period contributed to the development of our 'auto-pause' feature, which minimizes false triggering.

In 2016, REALRIDER® obtained government certification, making it the first and only app authorized to automatically transmit motorcycle crash data to the Emergency Services via the BT managed 999 service. Our collaboration with the British APCO and other stakeholders ensured a seamless integration process, allowing our automatic crash detection and emergency alerting service to become a global solution protecting vulnerable road users.
