## Description

Rebel Fit Club is a community of fighters, trainers, and coaches dedicated to helping people living with Parkinson’s feel supported and stay active. Based in the Portland, Tigard, and southwest Washington area, the club offers research-based exercise and boxing programs designed for people with Parkinson’s disease. Its services include Rock Steady Boxing, live virtual classes, in-gym workouts, personal training, and education. Members can also explore programs such as Tai Chi for Parkinson’s, yoga, drumming and dance, voice training, and specialty courses for different needs, including Young On-Set and Ladies Only options. Live online classes are led by coaches rather than delivered as recordings, providing opportunities for guidance, accountability, and connection with other participants. Classes are offered in a range of formats, ability levels, and times, and family members are welcome to join. Rebel Fit Club encourages regular participation and offers evaluations, schedules, a blog, and free exercise videos and tips to help people learn about its approach and take an active role in their fitness.
