## Description

RECIDA is a brand that focuses on promoting the development of libraries and their role within communities. They offer various products and services to support and empower libraries in fulfilling their purpose. RECIDA organizes events and conferences, such as the upcoming I Encuentro entre Bibliotecas in Tenerife on October 26-27, 2023. This event aims to explore the role of libraries in the islands and promote collaborative actions among them. RECIDA also provides workshops on topics like healthy and sustainable nutrition. Additionally, they offer opportunities for aspiring writers through the I Residencia de Literatura y Medio Ambiente, where artists can work on their literary projects with support and resources provided by RECIDA. Through their initiatives, RECIDA aims to highlight the importance of libraries as agents of social and cultural integration, as well as democratizers and catalysts of communities. Visit their website for more information and to stay updated with their latest activities and publications.
