## Description

Récipro-Cité is a social innovation organisation dedicated to strengthening community life and creating connections between people of all ages. It believes that individual well-being and a better quality of life in residences, neighbourhoods and cities grow from people’s involvement in their surroundings and relationships with neighbours, whatever their age, background or outlook. Working with local authorities, developers, housing providers and property managers, Récipro-Cité helps create shared spaces that foster social connection and intergenerational exchange. Its services cover the full life cycle of projects, including advice and feasibility studies, consultation, project development, programming, rehabilitation, ecological transition, management and ongoing activities. Intergenerational residences and inclusive housing are central areas of expertise, alongside the development and operation of supportive, intergenerational third places. The organisation also coordinates and animates residential communities and provides professional training in person and remotely. Since 2011, it reports having supported 9,900 beneficiaries and delivered more than 100 study, advisory and project-development assignments.
