## Description

The Shinpusai Executive Committee organizes Shinpusai, the annual university festival of the Public University of Suwa Tokyo University of Science. The festival was formerly known as Rida Festival; its name changed to Shinpusai in 2019 as the university’s campus celebration took on a new identity. The committee shares event information for visitors, participating exhibitors, and companies, including festival dates, access and transportation guidance, participation briefings, and requests for corporate supporters. Shinpusai features guest programs, for which tickets may be offered for sale, alongside student-led plans and exhibits. The committee’s website provides details about the current festival, past events, announcements, and blog updates, as well as links to its social media profiles. The sixth Shinpusai is scheduled for November 2, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:40 p.m., at the university. Through its event planning and information services, the committee welcomes the public to experience the university’s festival and keeps attendees and contributors informed before and during the event.
