## Description

RecTok is a Telegram-based service for recording accessible public TikTok livestreams and receiving the finished MP4 in a Telegram chat. It works in the cloud, so users do not need a TikTok login or to keep the app open while a recording is underway. To get started, users open the RecTok bot and enter a creator’s username.

RecTok offers three main options: start recording a live that is already in progress, receive a Telegram alert when a creator goes live, or add a creator to a watchlist for automatic recording of their next live. The service also provides a public library of archived recordings, featuring more than 21,000 creators.

A permanent free tier includes one active recording, two watchlist slots, and a maximum recording length of one hour. Optional prepaid Premium passes start at $5.99 and provide up to ten active recordings, 30 watchlist slots, and recordings of up to ten hours. Premium passes do not auto-renew.
