## Description

Red Dragon Self-Defense is a martial arts and self-defense school based in Bellmore, New York. Its mission, “Fear none, respect all,” reflects an approach focused on building confidence, discipline, and respect through consistent training. The school teaches American Kenpo, a practical self-defense system, and also offers instruction in Fat-San Pak-Mei Kung-Fu, a southern Chinese martial art described by the school as direct, fast, and effective.

Founder and senior instructor Christopher Babel brings 30 years of martial arts experience and holds an eighth-degree black belt in Ed Parker’s American Kenpo Karate. His background also includes training in combatives and certification as a personal trainer. He leads a team that includes instructors with additional black-belt ranks. Red Dragon’s stated goal is to help students grow physically, mentally, and spiritually through hard work and martial arts practice. The school provides classes and identifies its instructors and trainers on its website, alongside information about the school, frequently asked questions, testimonials, and a photo gallery.
