## Description

Redefine Alliance is a pioneering organization committed to transforming the economy by empowering individuals facing significant barriers to employment. Since its inception in 1997, Redefine Alliance has partnered with employment social enterprises (ESEs), businesses that acknowledge and harness the potential of overlooked talent. Through targeted investments and support, Redefine Alliance aims to accelerate the growth and societal impact of these enterprises.

They offer a variety of programs including a six-month Accelerator for early-stage business leaders, grantmaking to support ESEs at critical stages, and the Roberts Impact Investing Fund, providing flexible loan capital to socially-minded entrepreneurs. Redefine Alliance also fosters community through regional ecosystems in areas like Los Angeles, Illinois, and Appalachia, emphasizing partnership, policy advocacy, and capacity building. With a vision of an inclusive economy where everyone can realize their full potential, Redefine Alliance continues to lead initiatives that not only create job opportunities but also drive systemic change across communities nationwide.
