## Description

Sabine Gee is a women’s health and menopause coaching brand founded by a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach with more than a decade of experience. Its mission is to help women navigate midlife with greater energy, confidence, health, and self-determination. Sabine’s signature program, Meno Magic, offers personalized, holistic coaching for women experiencing challenges such as fatigue, hot flashes, brain fog, sleep difficulties, mood changes, and weight concerns.

The program combines science-backed menopause education with practical support to put new habits into action. Its approach covers menopause management, nutrition and other lifestyle choices, restorative sleep, movement, nervous-system regulation, and mindset. Sabine also helps clients connect with medical professionals and encourages them to work with their doctors, use appropriate testing and tracking, and listen to their bodies. Group support and implementation challenges help participants maintain progress.

Services include a complementary consultation to explore a woman’s needs and determine whether the program is a good fit, as well as a free downloadable guide to potential menopause symptoms.
