## Description

Redelfi is an industrial group developing energy and digital infrastructure to support the transition to a more sustainable future. With more than 15 years of experience, the company is listed on Borsa Italiana’s Euronext Growth Milan market and operates in Italy and the United States. Its work focuses on the development and permitting of innovative infrastructure, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in both countries and data centers in Italy.

Redelfi’s BESS projects are designed to store electricity when supply exceeds demand and release it when needed. This can help stabilize the grid, support the integration of renewable sources such as solar and wind, and improve energy-system flexibility and resilience. The company also develops data center infrastructure, which houses servers and computing platforms for storing, managing, and processing data, with services supporting continuous operations, security, computing capacity, and connectivity.

Through its infrastructure development activities, Redelfi aims to help accelerate the energy transition and enable the growth of the digital economy.
