## Description

Redhook Brewery is a well-established brand committed to brewing high-quality beers and promoting responsible drinking. Founded in 1981 by Gordon Bowker and Paul Shipman, Redhook started with a revolutionary vision of providing beer drinkers with something different from the bland options available at the time. Over the years, Redhook has evolved while staying true to its original mission of creating approachable and well-crafted beers for everyone. From their classic Redhook Ale and Ballard Bitter, which pays homage to the Scandinavian history of Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, to the iconic Long Hammer IPA that helped popularize the West-Coast IPA style, Redhook has consistently delighted craft beer enthusiasts. With their Brewlab facility in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, Redhook continues to experiment and innovate, offering beer lovers a space to experience their latest creations. From traditional recipes to bold and flavorful IPAs, Redhook Brewery is dedicated to brewing the hardest-working beer in the fridge.
