## Description

Red Panda Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school serving Titusville, Port St. John, and Mims, Florida. It offers training for children and adults, from beginners to experienced practitioners, with programs in kids’ jiu jitsu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with the gi, No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and women’s classes. The school presents BJJ as an inclusive way to learn practical self-defense, improve fitness, and develop mental resilience without relying on sheer strength.

Instruction is led by black belt instructors who emphasize respect, progress, and helping students build confidence at every level. Red Panda Jiu Jitsu also aims to foster a welcoming community, with students describing supportive training partners and an encouraging atmosphere. The school participates in two support initiatives: We Defy Foundation, which uses BJJ to support combat veterans coping with military-connected disabilities, and Adopt A Cop, which sponsors active-duty uniformed patrol officers’ training through blue belt. New students can book a free trial class. The school is located at 718 Cheney Highway in Titusville.
