At Red Paper Heart, their primary focus is on creating joyful experiences for users by designing and building playful and inspiring installations that spark wonder. The brand believes that emotion is paramount, and they measure the quality of their work based on the emotional responses of their users. Every project begins with a deep understanding of the desired feeling, as they believe that interaction is the key to eliciting emotions. They strive to create seamless experiences by seamlessly planning and integrating design, physical build, and technology. Collaboration is at the heart of their process, whether with their internal team or with a mix of others, to create the best work possible. Red Paper Heart specializes in creating digital components for interactive installations, both permanent and temporary, such as event activations or corporate visitor centers. They work well with other companies in the field of experiential design, including architects, event agencies, fabrication companies, and artists. Their approach involves talking less and prototyping more, working with real people, prioritizing collaboration over ego, and continuously testing and polishing until the final result.
