The Reducetarian Fellowship is a brand aimed at empowering and supporting bright, passionate, and ambitious young advocates and innovators who are eager to transform our food system. This program specifically targets exceptional undergraduate students in the New York City area who strive to create a more sustainable, healthy, and compassionate world. The one-year fellowship is designed to equip and inspire students to focus on combating industrial animal agriculture.

Each fellow receives a $7,500 stipend and one-on-one mentorship from the Fellowship Director throughout the year. The program consists of two components: the first runs from September to May and involves seminars with scholars, activists, and leaders in the field, as well as workshops with specialized experts to develop professional skills and expand networks. The second component is a 10-week summer residency at a partner organization, providing firsthand experience in food system reform and innovation.

This program aims to increase the representation of marginalized groups in the food system reform movement. Students from diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply and will be provided with ongoing support and opportunities as part of the Fellowship's Alumni Network.
