## Description

Redwood Naturopathic Medicine is a naturopathic healthcare practice led by Dr. Kizzy Raphael and Dr. Amanda Wilms, serving the Bay Area and offering virtual care to patients across the country. The practice takes a whole-person, functional medicine approach, aiming to explore potential underlying contributors to symptoms and develop individualized plans for care. Its services include naturopathic consultations, functional review or ordering of laboratory tests, mind-body counseling, herbal medicine, and personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance. Holistic nutritionist and health coach Madison Steele also supports patients with integrative approaches to long-term health and vitality.

Dr. Raphael focuses on digestive issues, thyroid disorders, adrenal fatigue, and bioidentical hormones. Dr. Wilms works with complex chronic concerns, including mycotoxin illness, environmental medicine, autoimmune conditions, PANDAS/PANS, and Lyme disease. Redwood’s care may complement or serve as an alternative to conventional Western medicine, using approaches such as nutrition, herbal therapies, and lifestyle changes. Prospective patients can book a free 15-minute consultation to learn more about the practice and its services.
