# The Air-Conditioning - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `reesscholarship.org` ## Description The AHRI Rees Scholarship Foundation supports the development of a skilled workforce in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and water heating industries. Established in 2003, the Foundation works to promote industry careers, improve technical expertise, and help recruit and prepare future HVACR technicians through education and training. It awards scholarships to qualified students enrolled in institutionally accredited schools and has provided more than $1.1 million to over 700 students. The Foundation also helps connect AHRI member companies with accredited schools and training facilities seeking donated HVACR equipment, subject to eligibility and charitable donation requirements. Its website offers information for applicants, scholarship recipients, donors, and schools, along with resources about other industry scholarship opportunities through SkillsUSA and PHCC. Visitors can learn about the Foundation’s mission, apply for support, explore ways to donate or sponsor its work, and find answers to frequently asked questions. Managed by the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute, the Foundation focuses on education and workforce development to help bring qualified technicians into the industry. ## Industries - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Grants Scholarships and Financial Aid _(under Science and Education)_ ## Links - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/the-air-conditioning-heating-and-refrigeration-institute) - [youtube](https://youtube.com/user/AHRIcommunications) ## Logos & icons - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idygRKk6HU/w/400/h/400/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793294522608) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Endeavour | #005cb9 | accent | | Outer Space | #2d423d | dark | | Cornflower | #8fb7e0 | light | ## Fonts - var(--ssa-font-stacks-nurito-sans) — asset _(custom)_ ## Imagery - banner _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idygRKk6HU/w/1128/h/191/idmq48NSFE.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793294522745) --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
