## Description

Led personally by James Cumming and Carl Hinett, the firm provides independent advice to help organisations make better leadership decisions before hiring. Its work begins with defining organisational needs, roles and required capabilities, followed by assessment of existing and potential leaders against the role and external market. When an external appointment is needed, re:find conducts executive searches, offering a fixed-fee service with five fully assessed candidates and a six-week shortlist. The firm also provides Executive Search as a Service (ESaaS), combining search capacity, market intelligence and advisory support through an annual partnership. Its services include succession planning, benchmarking, leadership assessment and executive search, with assignments supported by two directors. re:find aims to establish whether a search is necessary before beginning recruitment, helping clients consider internal talent and make evidence-based appointments. The company also shares practical insights on leadership, assessment, search fees and hiring decisions.
