Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center, located in Chattanooga, TN, is a brand dedicated to restoring the vital connection between people and nature. With a belief that everyone should have the opportunity to experience nature, regardless of their location or economic status, Reflection Riding strives to make the benefits of the outdoors accessible to all, strengthening and connecting the Chattanooga community. Founded over 65 years ago as a public park by John and Margaret Chambliss, Reflection Riding is dedicated to the study and conservation of native plant life.

The park features over 12 miles of walking trails and a 3. 4-mile loop drive, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the picturesque landscapes. The park stretches across 300 acres along a mile of Lookout Creek, gradually rising through pastures, meadows, and forested slopes of Lookout Mountain.

The legacy of the Chambliss family and their passion for the land laid the foundation for Reflection Riding. In 1956, the organization was officially incorporated to serve the public and conserve native plant life. Over time, the Chattanooga Nature Center was established to provide educational opportunities, especially for children, through close-up observation of native wildlife.

In 2011, the Reflection Riding Land Conservation Trust and the Chattanooga Nature Center merged to form today's Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center, a single nonprofit organization dedicated to environmental education and wildlife conservation.
