## Description

Reflections From The Saddle is an equine training and education brand led by Rebecca, a lifelong horsewoman with more than 30 years of training experience. An FEI dressage rider and USDF Bronze and Silver medalist, Rebecca combines her passion for dressage with knowledge of equine movement, behavior, biomechanics, and holistic health. She is also a doctor of Chinese medicine and a licensed acupuncturist for people and horses.

The brand helps horse owners develop willing, confident partnerships through motivation, play, rewards, and careful attention to each horse’s movement and needs. Its step-by-step approach teaches people to observe and assess movement, identify areas of difficulty, build body awareness, and shape lasting improvements while keeping training goals in view. Resources include free training videos following horses at different stages, a blog, and a relationship worksheet. Topics span groundwork, riding, horse care, bodywork, holistic health, rehabilitation, and learning theory. Reflections From The Saddle encourages kinder training that supports soundness of body, mind, and spirit, helping horses learn with less resistance and greater ease.
