## Description

Reformed Pilates offers modern reformer Pilates designed to fit into everyday life, with 50-minute, full-body classes led by expert instructors. Its consistent class structure covers core, upper body, lower body, and a cool down, while exercises change daily to keep sessions challenging. Spring-based reformers provide adjustable resistance, and instructors offer modifications and progressions so beginners and experienced participants can work at an appropriate level. The brand emphasizes consistency, strength, and long-term progress, supported by welcoming studios and a community-focused experience. Reformed recommends attending three times per week and says clients may begin to notice changes in as little as 30 days. The company operates studios across Arizona and Texas, including locations in the Phoenix metro area and Dallas-Fort Worth. New clients can try an unlimited first week for $25. Reformed also offers memberships, class bookings, and a mobile app for managing classes and purchases. Its website promotes Pilates teacher training and provides information for prospective clients, members, and job seekers.
