Regeneración is a climate justice organization based in Watsonville, California. Founded in 2016, our mission is to address the local impacts of climate change and build resilient communities. We believe that climate change is a social justice issue that must be engaged with on a local level.

Our work includes various projects and initiatives aimed at creating awareness and taking action. In partnership with the Watsonville Film Festival, we have organized the Our Mother Earth series, featuring environmental justice films. We have also collaborated with Watsonville High School on a video research project and hosted the Healthy Children for a Healthy Planet festival.

At Regeneración, we conducted community-based research to understand the needs and hopes of Pájaro Valley residents in tackling climate action. We have achieved certification as a Green Business and encourage others to join us in going green.
