## Description

ReGroove Fitness is a Portland, Oregon, personal training and wellness practice led by NASM-certified trainer Dan Ma. Its work combines physical training, martial movement, and somatic coaching, with services shaped by breath-led pacing, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness. The aim is to help clients build strength and skill while developing a more grounded, sustainable relationship with their bodies.

Martial movement instruction draws on Wing Chun and Jeet Kune Do, taught in their original forms to develop structure, rhythm, and responsiveness. Skill-based resistance training uses equipment such as kettlebells, maces, and ropes to build power, precision, and adaptability. ReGroove also offers wellness coaching and personal Qigong practice, including breath-led movement for calm and resilience. Energy services include practitioner-guided, hands-on or field-based healing grounded in medical Qigong and Hermetic principles. Additional offerings include the Somatic Flow Method, which uses breath, sound, and small movements; restorative mobility with assisted stretching, fascia work, and foam rolling; and reflective repatterning through journaling, breath, and guided inquiry.
