## Description

Reiten in Balance is a riding and training studio in Erftstadt, Germany, serving riders from the Cologne, Bonn, Aachen and Düsseldorf region. Founded by Sabrina Spies, it combines horse-riding simulators with neurocentric training to help riders understand and improve their position, balance and aids. Sessions are tailored to each person rather than based on a standard programme, with changes tested directly on the simulator and exercises provided for practice at home.

The studio offers two simulators: Sir Keno for dressage seat analysis and training, and a second simulator with a distinct movement pattern for dressage up to Grand Prix and jumping up to 1.20 metres. Video and sensor technology help make movement and weight distribution visible. Riders can book analysis, individual training, premium sessions or combined sessions using both simulators; group options and packages are also available. The programme is intended for riders of varied ages and experience, including beginners, returning riders, competitors, and people rebuilding confidence after a fall.
