## Description

Relay Goods is a footwear retailer focused on making high-performance shoes more affordable through resale and surplus inventory. It sources fit-based returns, excess stock, and footwear in imperfect boxes from authorized dealers and leading brands, then offers selected pairs at discounted prices. Its inventory includes new surplus shoes and certified pre-owned footwear, which is inspected, cleaned, and refurbished to look, feel, and perform like new. The company describes its pre-owned shoes as having zero mileage and provides a warranty.

Customers can shop men’s, women’s, and kids’ and youth footwear by size, brand, model, or activity. The selection spans running, trail, court, hiking, waterproof, recovery, workwear, and track-and-field options, with brands including Asics, Brooks, Hoka, New Balance, Nike, Saucony, Altra, Adidas, and others. Relay Goods also sells gear such as insoles, socks, T-shirts, and gift cards. Orders placed by 3 p.m. Eastern are shipped the same day, and all orders ship within one business day.
