## Description

René Sports is a martial arts and fitness school offering training for children, teens and adults, from beginners to competitive athletes. Established in 2007, the school focuses on quality, personal attention and a motivating atmosphere, with experienced, qualified instructors and three dojos. Its programme includes kickboxing, judo, mixed martial arts (MMA), jiu jitsu and Brazilian jiu jitsu, practical self-defence, and conditioning and boxing-bag training. Classes cater to a range of ages and abilities: judo includes sessions for young children, while MMA is available from age 14. Training can support fitness, strength, coordination, confidence and martial arts skills, and the school also offers routes for those interested in competition. René Sports describes itself as a welcoming place for people seeking either a sport or a way to get fitter. Prospective members can visit for an informal introduction and request a free trial lesson. The school operates seven days a week and highlights its recognition by the Dutch Martial Arts Authority, the JBN quality mark and its status as a recognised training company.
