## Description

RENTAL12 is an owner-operated holiday rental brand offering 37 apartments, suites, houses and villas in Olbia and Golfo Aranci, in North Sardinia. Founded in 2021 by Floriana Panvini Rosati and Kristina, it owns and manages its properties directly, with in-house cleaning and maintenance rather than third-party hosts. Its accommodation ranges from historic-centre suites and family apartments to villas with private pools, as well as options for long stays, winter rentals and corporate or crew bookings.

The renovated homes are designed for comfortable self-catering, with equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, quality bedding, fast Wi-Fi and smart self check-in. Many also feature balconies or terraces, dedicated workspaces, family-friendly extras or parking. Guests can access multilingual support around the clock and local guidance, while professional cleaning is included for stays of five nights or more. RENTAL12 encourages direct booking, with no hidden fees and a website booking discount. The brand reports a 4.9 out of 5 rating from more than 2,000 guest reviews and is an official Grimaldi Lines partner.
