## Description

RentalWaivers provides digital liability waiver software for vacation rental and hospitality operators, as well as businesses offering pools, recreational equipment, tours, and guest activities. Its platform helps teams create, send, and track waivers so guests can sign before arrival. Operators can use hospitality templates or upload their own waiver language, then share documents by email, secure link, QR code, or kiosk. Group signing gathers separate signatures from adults on a booking, while dashboards show completion status and support reminders ahead of check-in.

The service includes mobile signing, versioned templates, timestamped audit trails, downloadable completed records, team access, reporting, and a REST API. Webhooks are also offered for connecting with an operator’s systems. The company lists its Guesty integration and Zapier or Make connectivity as planned or in development, rather than currently available. RentalWaivers uses a credit-based pricing model with no monthly subscription; credits are charged when a waiver is completed, and package rates vary by volume. New users can start with 250 free signatures without a credit card.
