## Description

Rés’Os is a Swiss medical network dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis and other bone diseases. Founded in January 2020, it took over the activities of Os’car, an initiative established in 2000 to bring bone-health services closer to patients. Rés’Os works with referring physicians, who send patients for bone-density testing and tailored assessment. The organisation carries out around 4,000 bone-health evaluations each year across three locations: Clinique Générale in Fribourg, HFR-Riaz in Riaz, and Permanence d’Y-Parc in Yverdon. Based on each assessment, its team provides appropriate care recommendations and aims to keep patients connected to their existing healthcare network. When further follow-up is needed, consultations are available in collaboration with regional hospitals and care providers, including HFR and eHnv. Rés’Os also offers appointment booking, examination forms, and online access to its secretariat. Its work is guided by professionalism, rigour, diagnostic quality and relevant recommendations, with the goal of helping prevent fractures through effective bone-health care.
